Ballet Strength & Conditioning at DV8 Dance Complex
Ages 12+ | Beginner to Advanced

Ballet Strength & Conditioning is designed to support dancers through focused training that improves flexibility, alignment, and endurance. At DV8 Dance Complex, this class helps dancers ages 12 and up build the strength and control needed to move with confidence and precision, both in ballet and across all dance styles.
Using tools such as resistance bands, blocks, and light weights, dancers strengthen proper technique while developing the stability and body awareness essential for long-term growth.
