Tuition & Payment Policies
Billing & Payment Processing
DV8 Dance Complex uses Dance Studio Pro for transparent, itemized billing. Families can conveniently view statements and manage payments through the Parent Portal.
- Tuition payments are automatically drafted on the 1st of each month.
- If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be drafted on the next business day.
- A $30 late fee will be assessed on the 5th of the month if tuition has not been received.
- Students with unpaid balances may not attend class after the 5th until the account is paid and current.
Returned Payments
- All NSF / returned payments are subject to a $30 reprocessing fee.
Payment Methods
- Tuition is drafted via ACH (bank draft).
- Credit card payments are accepted but are subject to a processing fee.
Registration Fees
Registration fees are charged per child and are non-refundable.
- Summer Registration Fee: $35
- Fall/Spring Registration Fee: $65
Recital & Costume Fees
Participation in recital includes additional fees, which are drafted automatically on the dates listed below.
- Recital Fee: $175
- Drafted on February 1st
- Recital Costume Fee: $155-$270 (varies by class)
- Drafted on November 15th
- Costume fees are non-refundable once costumes have been ordered.
