BIOGRAPHY

Taylor Landis

Taylor Landis has been dancing since the age of two and became part of the DV8 family in 2018 as both a company member and assistant. Since then, she has grown into an award-winning choreographer and instructor, known for her creativity, energy, and ability to connect with dancers of all ages.

Outside the studio, Taylor attends Southern Methodist University (SMU), where she is a proud member of the SMU Pom Squad and is pursuing a degree in Marketing. She was also recently named one of Streetz Dancers of the Year for the 2024–2025 season—a testament to her dedication and talent.

When she’s not dancing, teaching, or studying, Taylor enjoys relaxing at home with her cat and spending time with friends and family. Her passion for dance, love for her students, and commitment to excellence make her a beloved part of the DV8 team.

Taylor brings bold musicality, strong technique, and creative storytelling to every class she teaches. Her specialties include high-energy Jazz, dynamic Hip Hop, emotionally driven Contemporary, and confident, stylized Heels choreography. As a lead instructor and choreographer for DV8 the Company, Taylor is passionate about pushing dancers to grow both technically and artistically—always with encouragement, intention, and a love for performance.
