Braylee Velasquez began her dance journey at just two years old and quickly discovered a lifelong passion for performing. By the age of five, she was fully immersed in the competitive dance world, dedicating countless hours to refining her technique and artistry.
Alongside her dance training, Braylee competed in gymnastics for seven years—developing exceptional strength, flexibility, and acrobatic skill before choosing to focus exclusively on dance. Her gymnastics background continues to influence her movement, bringing athleticism and precision to every performance.
In middle school, Braylee cheered for Hillwood Middle School and later joined the Central High School Varsity Lightning Dancers as a freshman, combining her love of teamwork, energy, and performance.
At DV8, Braylee focuses on training and inspiring our younger, growing dancers. Her classes emphasize confidence, creativity, and a strong technical foundation—helping students fall in love with learning, performing, and expressing themselves through movement.
