KamPbell
Davis
Kampbell Davis is a certified Pilates instructor and former competitive dancer who brings a thoughtful, dancer-informed approach to strength and conditioning at DV8 Dance Complex. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Kampbell trained and competed for several years, earning multiple accolades throughout her competitive dance career.
She is currently a student at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and also teaches Pilates at Nooma Studios in Dallas, where she works with a wide range of clients focused on building strength, stability, and healthy movement patterns.
At DV8, Kampbell leads Pilates for Dancers as well as Adult Pilates, designing classes that emphasize core strength, balance, alignment, and injury prevention. Her background as a dancer allows her to understand the physical demands placed on performers, while her Pilates training ensures exercises are purposeful, safe, and effective.
Kampbell is passionate about helping dancers and adults alike move with greater control, confidence, and longevity—supporting strong technique both in and out of the studio.

Kampbell brings a calm, focused, and encouraging presence to the studio, creating an environment where dancers feel supported while still being challenged. She is intentional in her instruction, taking the time to ensure dancers understand why they are doing an exercise—not just how to do it.
In her classes, Kampbell emphasizes quality of movement, control, and consistency. She works closely with her students to build strength safely, offering clear corrections and individualized feedback while maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere. Dancers are encouraged to move with awareness, confidence, and musicality, helping them connect strength training directly back to their performance and technique.
Kampbell is known for her ability to meet dancers where they are, adapting exercises to support all levels while still pushing students to grow. Her goal is for every dancer to leave class feeling stronger, more connected to their body, and better prepared for the demands of training and performance.
