Lilly Rose Gatlin has been passionate about dance from a young age, developing a strong foundation built on precision, musicality, and expressive movement. She became part of the DV8 family as an instructor, quickly earning a reputation for her enthusiastic teaching style and her ability to motivate dancers to perform with confidence and clarity. Known for her blend of discipline and encouragement, Lilly Rose brings a fresh, uplifting energy to every class she leads.
Outside the studio, Lilly Rose is a full-time student at Southern Methodist University (SMU), where she is pursuing a degree in Finance while also performing as a proud member of the SMU Pom Squad. Training and performing at a collegiate level known for its athleticism and technical excellence has shaped her into a dynamic, versatile instructor who leads by example—balancing academics, performance, and hard work with grace and determination.
When she’s not dancing, teaching, or studying, Lilly Rose enjoys reading, taking walks, shopping, and baking. Her passion for movement, love for her students, and commitment to creating a positive learning environment make her a valued and inspiring member of the DV8 team.
